Voluntary registry

National Service Dog Registry is a voluntary profile service. It is not affiliated with any government agency. The ADA does not require service animals to be registered, certified, or licensed.

Eligibility

By registering, you confirm that your dog is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for a person with a disability. Providing false information undermines the integrity of the service and may violate applicable laws.

Use of materials

Optional ID cards, tags, certificates, and other materials are visual aids only. They do not confer legal rights and are not required for public access under the ADA.
